
So I bought a new battery pack for my elite controller(black) and the battery was borked, it would hold a charge for 10 minutes max. Normal people would return the product, then there are people like me. I then limped along with it for a month and a half before I got my ass to the (old EB) Gamestop, where I told them my tale of woe. I completely expected to be turned away without a replacement, because I was well outside the 30 day return policy. But surprisingly they handed me a brand new one, and I walked out the door a happy man. So kudos to you Gamestop, you won some points back in my book.
Now there is just that pizza to return. Oh I didnt mention that one? I bought a delicious frozen deep dish Ginos pizza from Jewel, and got it home only to discover that it was completely defrozen, unfrozen? Not frozen no more? oh oh, DEFROSTED. yeah. so I kept the receipt, and put it in my freezer, intending to get around to taking it to their customer service. Normally I wouldn’t give a shit, but the pizza cost $10. i mean, thats 1/6 a videogame!!
