So I spent from 2-8:30 on Monday being jerked around by AT&T about where/when/why there was nobody showing up to my apartment to install uverse for me in my 2-4 pm time slot that I set up about 3 weeks ago.

The next day I had to call and bitch and moan to get someone out here today, this morning. The installation went fine, the guy was nice. I go to work for the last half of the day. I come home and the internet is down, and I cannot get cable.

I am on the phone with different tech people for an hour and a half. The final guy I talked to said there was nothing he could do, and he would call me back to reschedule a technician coming out to my place again to fix it.

So broken and beaten down, I play Dead Space (which is cool so far) I play it for about an hour when I notice the little red light next to service is now a little green light. Just for grins I change inputs over to the cable, and its just the At&T symbol. For no reason at all I hit the OK button on the remote, and the impossible happens. KNIGHT RIDER TURNS ON!! Well, knight rider and all the other channels too. And my internet which I am using right now.

So I guess its working now? I am going to at least enjoy it while it lasts, quick download the office from the last 2 weeks, and porn, oh, oh the oodles of the porn!!
