We’re approaching winter again and that can only mean one thing, the lord’s crystalized jizzim will once again be falling on our heads, or that the Transiberian Orchestra will be touring again. I have caught the show the last two years in Chicago and I find them extraordinary. I had every intention if going again this year until the date was announced and happened to coincide with a Christmas gift cruise my parents are extending to me and my siblings and our families/significant others. If I had my choice, I would choose the concert over the trip. It’s that good, or my family is that bad. Either way. I may look into seeing the show in another nearby city if at all possible and not foolishly far. I highly suggest anyone who can should see the show. You can download/buy their music, but it doesn’t do the live show justice. We’re talking a Christmas fable mixed with classical orchestral music and a rockin’ band. We’re talking four guitar players, battling keyboardist, light shows and pyrotechnics. It’s awesome. Check it out.
