Beers and a mexican got in the way of our DnD attempts. So far we have played through one combat encounter and that is it. I grow weary. Will we ever reach the Keep on the Shadowfell?

Still bustin’ my way through the entirety of the X Files run. I had hoped to finish all nine seasons and the first film by the time the new one came out. Just rack up another failure; I’m only halfway through, rocking out with my cock out to some dirty Mulder action. I’m not too upset though; the previews for the upcoming movie don’t really evoke much excitement in me. Maybe it’s that I know it’s not connected to any of the mythology, or I that the trailers show no real hint of what it’s about, or maybe it’s that Xzibit or some shit rapper is in it.

I am so ready to rev it up again in Gears of War 2. Like, hmmmmm. None of that bunny hoppin’, speedy strafin’, shootin’ you from across the map bullshit. Just a bunch of big dudes heavin’ hefty armor and taking pot shots at each other. I like it.
