So with all this brain turmoil I’ve been going through lately over building PC’s and buying a PS3 I have been thinking a good amount about Metal Gear… and how its story went from “entertaining, movie-plausible” to “whacked out, fucking vampire men?”

Really Konami, whats going on here.

That’s why I am interested in the “flash backs” or whatever that have been detailed recently for being in MGS4. It will be nice to get the nasic outlines again of what exactly went on with the bajillion double crosses and stuff. Oh and all the clones, and Foxdie, and whateveeeeer.

I mean, honestly here. Did anyone walk away from MGS2 knowing at all what the shit was going on? All I felt was an odd sense of loss, like I had just gotten dumber, and somewhere in Japan a Japanese boy had stolen my intelligence.

I would like to see MGS4 stop preaching about war and how its terrible and changes people, and how absolute power corrupts absolutely and shit, and just let me fucking stealth kill some bitches. Or maybe be the ninja, hes bad-ass.

And wasn’t the other clone the president?
