So in an orgy of spending decisions I think I may have decided to build a comp in preparation for Age of Conan. And also, to buy a PS3 when MGS4 comes out.
To learn why these decisions may be stupid one must look at my history with these games.
Metal Gear Solid- One of my favorite games of all time, really perfect in my opinion.
MGS2- Flawed, but a decent continuation of the series. Storyline was stupid to the max.
MGS3- I couldn’t play it. Literally I did not get the the title screen.
MGS4- Good enough to buy a PS3??? Prob not.
MMORPGs-
I have played a lot of these, but on average for about 3 months each. And I almost never party up. I just don’t like it. I am a lone wolf, and for these kind of games, that’s an idiotic way to do things.
So I am willing to put the time and effort into building a new rig for a game that may or may not bore me after a month, and am preparing to buy a fucking PS3 based off a game series that I used to love.
I have problems.

Aww, why couldn’t you get into Metal Gear Solid 3? That game had some amazing gameplay mechanics, and it had a way more entertaining story when compared to Sons of Liberty. If there was a game that had the storyline of MGS 1, and the gameplay of MGS 3, I would be in heaven.
